Bob Adams
Chairman and Managing Director
Bob founded our company with Len Beardow in 1977. With a passion for new products and innovation, he directs the business and is responsible for our research, development and supply chain management activities.
Nick Beardow
Sales and Marketing Director
Nick joined us in 1987 after graduating from Durham University. Today, Nick is the driving force behind our sales and marketing teams and develops our hot melt business across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the Americas.
Mark Rowland
Finance Director
Mark joined Beardow Adams in 1996 and was promoted to the role of Finance Director in 1999. A Chartered Accountant and graduate in Environmental Resources, he manages our finance and control team and IT systems.
Mike Stevenson
Sales Director - UK
Mike has extensive technical expertise and has worked within the adhesives and hot melt industry for over 25 years. He joined Beardow Adams in 2007 and manages our UK sales team and Ireland operation.
Paul Addison
Technical Manager
Paul is vastly experienced in the technical properties of adhesive solutions. He joined in 1996 and heads up quality management, health and safety and ISO accreditation.
Guy Davis
International Corporate Accounts Manager
Guy integrates seamlessly with our sales team and global distribution partners to ensure that we provide customers operating in multiple international markets with a proactive and uniquely personal service. He has over 20 year's expertise in adhesive solutions. Guy is also the Sales Manager for Svenska Lim.
Paul Mileham
Production Manager
Paul has worked with Beardow Adams since 1989 and understands our production processes intimately. His manufacturing and supply chain expertise is essential in helping us to supply hot melt products efficiently to customers in over 50 countries.
Lesley Sheldon
Development Manager
Lesley has been with Beardow Adams for over 12 years and became Development Manager in 2010. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, she is responsible for product development and the provision of technical support to our customers worldwide.
Ian McCaddon
Export Manager Asia
Ian is responsible for developing the growth of sales with existing Global Partners in South & South East Asia, as well as seeking new distribution outlets in China, Japan & Korea.
