Management Board Bob Adams Chairman and Managing Director Bob Adams founded the company with Len Beardow in 1977. Prior to this he worked in technical sales at Industrial Adhesives. He is closely involved in all aspects of the business, particularly in manufacturing and research and development. Nick Beardow Sales and Marketing Director Nick Beardow joined the company from the banking sector in 1987.He has a BA from Durham University. Nick has recently taken over responsibility for the export market at Beardow Adams.His father, Len Beardow formed the company with Bob Adams in 1977. Mark Rowland Finance Director Mark Rowland was appointed Financial Controller in 1996 and joined the board in 1999. He is a chartered accountant with experience in the manufacturing sector and has an MSc in Environmental Resources. Graeme Nutting UK Sales Director Graeme joined Beardow Adams in 1992 and has been responsible for the developing the export business. He was Export Manager from 1994 to 2003, when he was appointed UK Sales Director. Before joining Beardow Adams he worked for ICI and has a degree in Material Science.
