In 1994 and 1999 the company won the Queen's Award for Export Achievement in recognition of the substantial growth in exports during the 1990's. We won both the Overall Performance prize and the Innovation Award for development of the BAMFutura range of hot melts. “I thought that we might do well in the innovation category and naturally I was pleased that we won it, because BAMFutura has secured a considerable amount of business from all over the world since its launch two years ago, said Beardow Adams’ Chairman Bob Adams. “What was unexpected, though, was winning the best overall prize,” he said. “It’s a tribute to everyone in the company.
