Beardow & Adams (Adhesives) Ltd. and Klebstoffwerke Collodin GmbH are pleased to announce that Beardow & Adams (Adhesives) Ltd. has taken over 100% of the shares of Klebstoffwerke Collodin GmbH from the previous owner, Paul Joseph Nauth.
Collodin in Frankfurt am Main is one of the oldest German manufacturers of adhesives (founded in 1875). It manufactures and develops environmentally friendly solvent-free adhesives. Main application areas are labelling, packaging and paper, as well as for automotive and other technical applications.
